Where are your apps?
They're still in development. As of June 2026 we haven't published anything to the App Store or Google Play yet — we're heads-down on our first release. Want to know the moment it lands? Drop us a line and we'll keep you posted.
Do your apps track me?
No. Privacy is the default at Spare Tokens: no ads, no third-party trackers, and no selling your data — ever. We collect as little as possible and tell you exactly what that is in our privacy policy.
How do refunds work?
Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them directly. For iOS, use Apple's Report a Problem page; for Android, request a refund through Google Play's refund process. If you're unsure or something looks wrong, email us and we'll help point you the right way.
How do I request my data?
Email hello@sparetokens.ltd with the app you're using and we'll help you access, export, or delete any personal data we hold. Because we keep data collection to a minimum, there's usually very little to hand over. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Do you offer collaborations?
Occasionally, yes. We sometimes take on a small collaboration when it's the right fit. Tell us what you're dreaming up at hello@sparetokens.ltd and we'll let you know honestly whether we can help.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to answer every email within about two business days. Spare Tokens is a one-person studio in the UK, so the occasional message takes a little longer — but it always reaches a real person, and we support what we ship.
