These terms cover your use of the Spare Tokens website. They're written to be short and human. Our apps each come with their own end-user licence as part of their store listing — those govern the apps themselves, not this site.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share our pages. We just ask that you don't:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms others;
• try to disrupt, overload, or interfere with how the site works;
• attempt to access parts of the site, or any systems behind it, that aren't meant for you;
• misrepresent yourself as us, or as connected with us.

Beyond that, enjoy it. The site is here to tell you honestly what we make and how we work.

Our content and marks

The text, design, code, logos, and the "Spare Tokens" name and mark on this site belong to us (or are used with permission). You may link to our pages and quote short, attributed excerpts. Please don't copy the site wholesale, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Links and stores

We sometimes link out to third-party sites — most often the Apple App Store and Google Play so you can find our apps. Those services are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, but we only link to places we'd happily visit ourselves.

The site is provided "as is"

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it'll always be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

We'll always try to do right by you. That said, to the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect or unexpected loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
